▪a.GENIAWPC/ Geniawpc in this Warranty means the Shanghai Genia New Materials Co., Ltd. that registered in the No. 888, Huanhu West 2nd Road, Lingang New Area,China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone,Shanghai,China.

▪b.Please read this Warranty carefully before purchase, install or use your Geniawpc products.

▪c.This Warranty is the basis of any purchase of Geniawpc products and the final explanation right is reserved by Geniawpc. Any purchase and use of the Geniawpcr products is accepted by default of this Warranty.

▪d.GENIAWPC PRODUCTS means the products sold by Geniawpc in the Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice to the first Purchaser.

▪e.This Warranty is not transferable and is only offered to:

-The original purchaser of the GENIAWPC PRODUCTS from Geniawpc;

-The last buyer of the GENIAWPC PRODUCTS before installation.

▪3-year Limited Warranty

The term of this Limited Warranty for GENIAWPC PRODUCTS listed as follows shall be five years from date of the original consumer purchase from delivery.

-The Classic Decking(the 1st generation decking) purchase fromGeniawpc;

-The 3D Wood Grain Decking(the 1.5th generation decking) purchase from Geniawpc;

-The profiles of fencing, railing, cladding and pergola purchase from Geniawpc.

▪5-year Limited Warranty

The term of this Limited Warranty for GEANIWPC PRODUCTS listed as follows shall be eight years from date of the original consumer purchase from delivery.

-The Co-extrusion Decking(the 2nd generation decking) purchase from Geniawpc;

-The profiles of fencing, railing, cladding and pergola purchase from Geniawpc.

▪Geniawpc, (“Warrantor”) warrants all the profiles will not delaminate, splinter, corrupt or collapse from fungal decay when used in conjunction with ground application in a residential structure, under normal residential use and is installed and maintained according to manufacturer’s guidelines.

▪If the buyer wants to claim for warranty, the following information should be provided:

To claim the warranty, the purchaser is required to provide pictures of the defective(pictures shall be clear, in details and pictures in far & panorama view are required), original buying proof of end user (e.g. the receipt, invoice), proof that shows your compensation to your customer(such as how much money or the quantity of product you make up) as well as clear & detailed description in written terms of the issue. The purchase proof must clearly show the date of purchase, and GENIAWPC PRODUCTS bought is sufficient to cover the claimed damages. 

▪All warranty claims must be sent to the mail address of your responsible sales department within 30 days after the defectives or damages would be obviously visible.

Geniawpc will give response to buyer’s claims within 10 working days, and once theGeniawpc judges that the purchase’s claim is valid, Geniawpc will take further steps like replacement, new GENIAWPC PRODUCTS in an amount equal to/ on the prorated the volume of defective material as listed on the warranty schedule will be replaced.

The manufacturer, in principle, only make up for the damages of defective, however, any extra cost and loss led by defectives(including but not limited to labor, transport, injuries etc.) will not be covered by the manufacturer.

The color of the replaced one might not be exactly same as the original one due to different production batch, although we’ll try best to make it as close as possible. The replacement will be compensated by following shipments, deduction from payment is not accepted by principle.

▪a.In virtually, almost everything will fade over time when exposed to ultraviolet rays and other weather conditions, hence normal fading is not included in this Warranty, but huge and abnormal color differences/fading are considered for compensation giving irrefutable evidence provided. Other issues(such as mildew, water/air pollution, etc.) caused by weather or environmental condition are not warranted by Geniawpc.

▪b.Any damage caused by purchaser’s failure complying with the Geniawpc Installation Guide is not covered in this Warranty. This situation includes but not limited to incorrect assembly, application, delivery, storage, clean way, maintenance method/frequency as well as misuse of accessories/ tools not recommended by Geniawpc.

▪c.This Warranty is uncommitted to the product failure or malfunction by use of the GENIAWPC in an application not recommended by Geniawpc.

▪d.Any failure or loss led by the act of God is not covered in this Warranty, such as hurricane, flooding, drought, earthquake, typhoon, etc.

▪e.This Warranty is not responsible for the daily wear and tear.
